As part of Black History Month, we have been learning about Mae Jemison and her achievements. We have also started to look at the contributions of Marcus Rashford to society and the impact he has made on many people through his charity work. We are writing biographies of his life and career.
The children have enjoyed learning about a modern hero and it has inspired them to be brave, bold and kind.
